I work for FCC and I can honestly say that they are fantastic as a company in the helping field. The ‘bigwigs’ really care about staff and consumers. They take the time to see that staff receives the education they require. They also truly care about the consumers’ wellbeing. They make sure that staff gets the training that we need in order to do the job in the best way we can. They address all things that we may encounter. The pay at lower level positions isn’t top-notch, but they are very enthusiastic about helping their employees get trainings and certifications to be able to make more money. As a whole, FCC is the best company I’ve ever worked for.
